yesterday i started my vinegar lu..
wow is damn sour de leh..
but the taste is quite okie de..
i tot very bitter de..haha
i buy is aloe vera favourite de..
is gd in function de..

after take my breakfast i will drink it with water la..
juz put 2 soup of vinegar plus one cup of water..

hope reali gd lo..haha not cheap oso de leh

coz got many tasty de food ma..
like asam laksa, har mee, chao kew teo, tambun seafood....
still got many..yeah~~ so happy oh..
then still got many place can go tim
like batu ferringi, temple, shopping mall...
after come bak from penang post again ba...
